If you just purchased an Equivision software product, please select the appropriate link on this page to register and qualify for your Free 30-Day Tech Support. If you purchased multiple products, please submit a seperate registration for each product.
Free Tech Support:
Technical support is provided free of charge to registered users via phone or email for a limited 30 day time period commencing on your product registration date. Prior to contacting us for any tech support, please browse the “Known Issues” section of our "On-Line Tech Support" page for your specific software, as they list the most common user issues and usually provide an immediate resolution of your difficulty. Extended Tech Support:
Registered users requiring telephone support after their Free (30) Day Tech Support period will be charged $ 15.00 for the first 15 minute time period and $ 10.00 for each subsequent 15 minute period on each call. If you registered previously and need an additional validation code for a new or secondary computer, please do not re-register, as that will slow up receiving your new code. PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED USER on EXISTING COMPUTER:
If you previously registered on a computer and need a new validation code for that "same" computer because the "Pop-Up" Registration screen suddenly appeared, please select the following link to download a patch. This will remove the pop-up and also prevent it from showing again on this same computer. Please refer to item # 21 "Recurring Registration Form" on the HorseWorks Support Page.
